Ingredients
- 1 to taste vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1 medium cauliflower, break into florets
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet red peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow sweet peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c chopped fresh dillweed
- 1 t lemon pepper
- 2 t white wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Steam cauliflower, covered for 8 minutes or until crisp tender; drain and set aside.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and next 4 ingredients; saute 2 minutes. Stir in dillweed and next 2 ingredients; cook 1 minute. Spoon over cauliflower. yield:7 servings 1 cup each.
