  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. Yield: 6 servings.
