- 2 lbs. golden raisins
- 6 lbs. mixed candied fruit (can use dried fruit)
- 1/2 lb. lemon peel
- 1 qt. pecans
- 1 1/2 qts. Walnuts

This recipe makes 6 cakes Total bake time = ( Bake for 2 hours) at 300 deg. For 15 minutes then 250deg the rest of the time
