Ingredients
- 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 pounds rutabaga
- 1/2 , cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 15-21 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Crisp bacon in butter. add sliced garlic. cook until tender and brown. Add cream reduce 2-3 minutes. Pour cream mixture over hot boiled and drained potatoes and rutabagas: whip it good. Salt and pepper to taste.
