Ingredients
- 1/8 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon TFM fresh thyme, chopped
- 6 tablespoons peppered Goat cheese
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Servings: Makes 10 small burgers
In a small mixing bowl, mix pecans, lemon zest, thyme and Goat cheese until well combined; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, fold together turkey and salt. Divide turkey into 20 equal portions then flatten each portion to 3 inches around. Place about 1 tablespoon of Goat cheese mixture onto 10 of the burger patties then top with an additional patty, making 10 stuffed burgers total.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, cook for about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
