Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting. Stir flour and salt together. Blend in. Mix in nuts. Chill dough.
Roll in 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet, 400 degrees 10-12 minutes. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.
