Ingredients
- 2 c. frozen green beans, potatoes, onions and red peppers (from 16oz package)
- 1 3/4 c. fat free vegetable broth
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 T. pesto

Preparation
Step 1
Heat all ingredients except pesto to boiling in 3 qt. saucepan; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pesto
360 cal, 6g fat, 1010mg sodium, 74g carb, 20g fiber, will have less sodium because rinsing beans.
