Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. grahm wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. rum (extract)
  • Pinch of salf

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water, chopped chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes then cool. Add graham wafer crumbs, walnuts, raisins, rum and salt. Shape into 1" balls and roll in chocolate shot. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Ripen in the fridge before freezing.
