Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Step 1
Arrange chicken in deep frying pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Turn chicken 1/2 way thru cooking. Serve over buttered noodles.
