Ingredients

  • 1 C Very Ripe Bananas,
  • (about 3) Smashed
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Plain Nonfat Yogurt,
  • 1/4 C Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 C Chopped Pecans
  • Baking Spray w/Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350° Loaf Pan

Preheat oven. Combine flour, baking
powder, baking soda, salt and pecans;
set aside.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large
mixer bowl; beat at medium speed until
well blended.
Add flour mixture to bowl, stirring just
until moistened.
Spoon batter in to prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until
toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack;
remove from pan and cool completely
on wire rack.
