salted nut rolls

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 2/3 c butter
• 1 egg
• 3 c mini marshmallows
• 1-12 oz pkg peanut butter chips
• 2 c salted peanuts
• 2/3 c light corn syrup
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c margarine

Preparation

Step 1

mix cake and 2/3 c butter and egg. spread dough in 9x13 pan. also a cookie sheet works well. bake 325* for 10 min. microwave corn syrup, peanut butter chips, vanilla and margarine. pour over marshmallows over top with 2 c peanuts. pres into cake. keep refrigerated.
