Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken chunks
- 1 (11 ounces) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
- 2 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
Notes: on a lettuce-lined platter with toasted pita chips or, if you prefer, make sandwiches in pita halves or mini party rolls.
