Ingredients
- 2 pecks tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cups white sugar
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 pint apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- medium-sized onion

Step 1
Wash, core and quarter tomatoes. Put in large kettle. Add a little bit of water and 1/2 of a medium-sized onion.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and put through a food mill. Add remaining ingredients to pulp and cook, uncovered in crock pot on high for 12 hours or until desired thickness.
Put into pint jars. Water bath (can) for 30 minutes.
