Ingredients
- 3 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3 C. chopped onion
- 3 C. margarine
- 3 C. flour
- 18 C. water
- 6 TBS. dried parsley
- 3 C. quick cooking barley
- 18 Chicken boullipn cubes
- 18 C. milk
- 12 C. shredded swiss cheese
- 12 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender and transfer mushrooms to bowl.
Stir flour into butter cook on medium till lightly browned. Stir in water till smooth.
Add barley, bring to boil, simmer stirring constantly 15 minutes or till tender. Add boullion, milk, cheese, worcestershire sauce, parsley and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted, add mushrooms.
