Ingredients
- 18 bunches green onion chopped
- 27 stalks celery chopped
- 2 1/4 C. butter
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 6 3/4 C. milk
- 6 3/4 C. chicken broth
- 18 C. cooked chicken
- 4 C. wing sauce
- 36 oz. velveeta
- 4 1/2 tsp. cayenne, celery salt, garlic salt

Step 1
Saute onions and celery in butter till tender. Stir in flour until smooth, slowly add milk and broth stirring constantly until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until cheese is melted.
