Ingredients

1 cup (2 cubes) butter, softened
3/4 cup Medium Dark Cocoa
5 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons meringue powder
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixer bowl, cream butter and add cocoa, powdered sugar and meringue powder a little at a time. Add whipping cream and corn syrup and mix until light and fluffy.
