Ingredients
- 16 cups frozen diced hash browns
- 16 C. water
- 4 C. sliced carrots
- 2 C. chopped onion
- 2 C. butter
- 2 C. flour
- 16 C. milk
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. pepper
- 12 C. cubed ham
- 8 C. frozen peas
- 64 oz. velveeta (4lb)

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan combine potatoes, water, carrots and onion. Bring to a boil, simmer 10-15 minutes till tender. In soup pot melt butter, add flour till smooth. Add milk, salt, pepper and bring to boil cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese till melted. Stir in undrained vegetable mixture. Add ham and peas, stir until heated.
