Ingredients
- 3 C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TSP. SALT
- 1 TSP. CINNAMON
- 1 1/2 C. SALAD OIL
- 1 (8 OZ) CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, UNDRAINED
- 2 C. MASHED BANANAS
- 2 C. SUGAR
- 1 TSP. SODA
- 3 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 1/2 TSP. VANILLA
- 2 C. CHOPPED PECANS, OR 1 C. PECANS & 1 C. WALNUTS
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 3 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup softened butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do Not Beat Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup of nuts. Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Removed and cool completely. Spread frosting between layers, sides and top. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Combine cheese and butter, cream until smooth. Add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla
