Ingredients
- 8 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg. can (111oz) diced tomato sauce
- 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
- 8 C. chopped green pepper
- 8 beef boullion cubes
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 8 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. pepper
- 8 C. cooked rice
- V-8 juice as needed (1-2 lg. bottles)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef, drain. Add remaining ingedients. Bring to boil, reuce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers are tender. Thin with V-8 as needed.
