Ingredients

  • 8 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lg. can (111oz) diced tomato sauce
  • 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
  • 8 C. chopped green pepper
  • 8 beef boullion cubes
  • 1 C. packed brown sugar
  • 8 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 C. cooked rice
  • V-8 juice as needed (1-2 lg. bottles)

Step 1

Brown ground beef, drain. Add remaining ingedients. Bring to boil, reuce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until peppers are tender. Thin with V-8 as needed.
