Ingredients
- 20 lg. bakes, peeled, diced potatoes
- 2 C. butter
- 2 C. flour
- 32 C. milk
- 2 bunches green onions
- 32 oz. sour cream
- 4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. pkg. bacon bits

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, whisk in flour till smooth. Slowly add milk, add green onion. Bring to boil, simmer till thickened. Add salt, pepper to taste, stir in potatoes, simmer 10 min longer. Stir in sour cream, cheese and bacon bits.
