- 2 cups flour
- 11/4 cup milk
- 3/4 stick butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/4 ts salt

Step 1
mix dry ingredients together ,seperate egg yolk from white and whisk into dry ingredients along with milk until has uniform (not lumpy). add melted butter to batter,whisk egg whites untill stiff and mix into batter
