Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked diced chicken
- 1 med. avacado diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 TBSP. chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 TBSP. mayo
- 1 TBSP. vinegar
- 1-2 TBSP. chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 box mini fillo shells (15 in a box)

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix all ingred. Chill for at least 1 hour and then fill each shell. Can place a piece of cilantro on top of each filled shell.
