Ingredients
- 2 14-15 oz. cans whole kennel corn
- 2 14-15 oz. cans cream corn
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 stick cooled melted unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Cooking spray to spray your baking dish (I use Pam)

Preparation
Step 1
1.Pre-heat oven to 400
2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir together (add the cooled melted butter last so it doesn’t cook the eggs)
3.Spray baking dish with cooking spray
4.Pour corn pudding mixture into baking dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until golden brown on top and butter is bubbling just a little on top
