- couscous
- 1/2 butter
- green onions
- precooked veggies (carrots, corn)

Step 1
Add 1 1/2 cup for water and 1/2 cup white wine for 2 cups of couscous.
Cook couscous as directed. Heat butter, cook green onions then add couscous add salt and pepper. Add veggies.
For a cold salad, cook couscous. let it cool. Add dices tomatoes, green onions, 2 TB olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice or less. (or salad dressing) Add crumbled feta cheese.
