Ingredients

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

Step 1

Microwave tortillas on high for 30 seconds or until softened. Press into each of 8 ungreased large deep muffin cups to form bowl. Carefully fold edges of tortillas back to make opening for filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
In large skillet, brown meat on medium heat; drain. Stir in salsa; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon about 1/4 c. meat mixture into each tortilla bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
