Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops, about 1/2" thick
- 1/2 C. pineapple juice
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp powdered ginger

Step 1
1. Place pork chops in a sturdy plastic bag. Combine marinade ingredients using the steel knife of a food processor, blender or mixer. Pour over pork chops and marinate several hours at room temperature or up to 6 hours in the refrigerator. Turn bag Several times to distribute marinade.
