Ingredients
- (8 lbs) 1-2 lbs lean ground beef
- (6") 1" fresh ginger
- (6) 1 clove garlic
- (4 lg) 1-2 green chilis
- (4 tsp) 1 tsp red chili pepper
- (4) 1 slice bread, soaked in milk then squeezed - very important!
- (2 bunch) fresh cilantro
- (4-8) onion chopped (4 large, 8 small)
- (4 tsp) 1 tsp dried coriander
- (4) 1 egg
- (8 tsp) 1 tsp shish kabob masala
- (8 tsp) 1 tsp tandori masala

Step 1
Mix together. Form into meatballs or roll into wraps and deep fry. Serve with chutney or plum sauce.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
