Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons French's Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

Step 1
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 12 minutes until lightly browned and no longer pink in center turning once.
Stir in jam, water, mustard, soy sauce, and ginger. Simmer 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Stir in sesame oil. Heat through. Serve with cooked brown rice, if desired.
