  • 3/4 cup CRAN FRUIT Crushed Fruit for Chicken
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 thin slices cheddar cheese

Step 1

Separate chicken breasts. Brush with oil: season with charcoal seasoning or pepper to taste. Grill or broil chicken until no longer pink inside. Spread each breast with 3 tablespoons of crushed fruit. Place apple slices on each breast and top with a cheddar cheese slice. Cook until cheese has melted: Makes 4
