Ingredients
- 3/4 pound hamburger
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 9” pie crust
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger with a little garlic salt and set aside.
Put pie crust into quiche pan.
In a bowl, beat 5 eggs. Add salt and pepper, cooked hamburger, ½ mayo, and ½ cup milk. Beat well by hand.
Fold in Swiss and Cheddar cheese. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
