Ingredients
- 1 & 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 & 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toffee chips
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1 & 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in oats. Set aside.
Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, and mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in toffee chips and almonds.
