Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onions

Step 1
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Combine the ham and cheese; spoon mixture over the hash brown crust.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour mixture over all.
Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Allow quiche to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
