• 2 pounds hamburger
• minced onion
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard

Step 1

Combine meat, onion, eggs, and bread crumbs. In a separate bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Mix half of the sauce with the meat; pack the meat into a meatloaf pan. Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the loaf. Bake at 350 for one hour.
