  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 C. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*
Mix cream cheese, butter and flour till well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Form dough into 1-inch balls and press into mini muffin pans.
Mix together egg, brown sugar and vanilla till well blended. Stir in pecans. Fill each cup 3/4 way full with pecan mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 min.
