Ingredients
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tb water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
- combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in bowl and set aside
- in medium to large bowl whisk together egg white, water and vanilla until frothy
- pour pecans into egg mixture and fold in until completely coated
- add sugar mixture and stir until completely coated
- line cookie sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray
- pour pecans onto baking sheet and spread evenly
- bake @ 215° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
- cool and store in an air tight container (that is if there is any left)
