Ingredients
- 12-oz. pkg. rainbow rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrot, peeled and cut into very thin strips
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 c. ranch salad dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Place pasta in a large serving bowl; add vegetables and cheese. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss well. Cover and chill 8 hours to overnight.
