Ingredients
- 1 pouch Sinigang mix
- 1/4 pouch Sinigang sa Bayabas mix
- 4 roma tomatoes or 1 large tomato, quartered
- 2 pound beef short ribs (about 7 or 8)
- 1 pound bok choy (or baby bok choy), very coursely shopped
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 4 cups water (enough to barely cover meat)
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 green finger peppers (sili)
- 1 bunch of radish
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a pot, add meat and water to barely cover. Bring to a boil then simmer for 25 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, onion, and soup mix. Do not add more than 1/4 packet of the bayabas mix. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat is almost tender.
4. Add the radish and peppers and simmer for 35 minutes. Then, add the string beans and simmer for 2 minutes. Lastly, add the bok choy. Let boil for 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and fish sauce.
6. Serve piping hot with extra fish sauce.
