Step 1

Cut up chicken and take raw shrimp and cover it in creale seasoning. Let it sit while you saute crlery, onion, green pepper ( about 1/4 c. each). Add 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes (canned or fresh) 3/4 c. rice, couple dashes hot sauce and worchesteshire. Slowly add about three c. chicken stock, cover and cook, stirring every once in a while until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

While the rice is cooking, brown the chicken and cook thoroughly. Peel raw shrimp. Add browned and cooked chicken, raw shrimp, andouille and ham and cook it for about ten more minutes until heated through and shrimp have turned pink. Salt and pepper to taste.
