- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 tbls dijon mustard
- 1 tbl dried tyme
- 1 tbl sea salt
- 1 tbl onion powder
- 1 tbl dried rosemary
- 4 servings of turkey cutlets

Preparation
Step 1
Dry cutlets with a paper towel. Spread dijon mustard on both sides of cutlet & dredge in panko/spice mixture until coated. Place in a baking dish sprayed with pam. Cook on 400 degree for about 35 minutes or until brown
