Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados
- juice of 1 lemon
- handful cilantro
- 1-2 green onions OR 1 small red onion
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small tomato
- water to reach desired consistency

Step 1
Place veggies in a food processor. Add avocados, lemon juice and seasonings.
Process until a creamy consistency is reached. Add water for desired consistency.
