Thai Basil Blood Orange Martini

- a big handful of Thai basil leaves and stems
- 4 oz vodka
- 1 oz triple sec
- the juice from 2 blood oranges and 1 lime

Step 1
Pour the vodka into a mixing glass. Add the basil leaves and muddle them together with the back of a spoon. Let it steep for at least 1 hour.
Strain the infused vodka into a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice. Add triple sec and juices. Use the inverted mixing glass or shaker lid to cover and shake vigorously over 1 shoulder for 20-30 seconds
Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses.
Garnish with one perfect That basil leaf. Serve.
