  • 1 pound ground meat
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tostitos Salsa con Queso, warmed in microwave
  • Bean dip
  • 4 buns lightly toasted
  • Sliced tomato
  • Diced onion
  • 3-4 Doritos Dinamitas

Preparation

Step 1

Make the meat patties and season with salt and pepper.

Fry in a cast iron skillet to get that crisp brown crust.

Spread the bun with the bean dip.

Add the meat patty.

Spoon the queso (warmed in the microwave) over the patty

Top all this off with 3-4 of the Doritos stuck to the queso

Serve with sliced tomato and diced onion.
