Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup margarine
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups sifted flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Crushed pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Cream margarine and cream cheese
2. Add flour gradually, working until smooth
3. Roll dough into 1" balls and place in mini cupcake pan, flattening and spreading dough to mold into a shell
Filling:
4. Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, melted margarine and salt together
5. Pour filling mixture into each shell
6. Cover each with crushed pecans
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
