Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 package Morningstar burger crumbles
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 16 ounces egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 large head broccoli
  • grated Italian cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add mushrooms and stir for a few minutes until mushrooms begin to cook. Stir in burger crumbles, soup, and sherry. Cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes until mushrooms are cooked.

Meantime, cook noodles, drain. Cut broccoli into flowerets. Steam for 4 minutes, drain, and sprinkle with cheese.

Stir sour cream into mushrooms, serve over noodles.
