Ingredients

  • 2.5 - 3lb bag of frozen chicken tenderloins
  • 8 oz. block cream cheese (don't use fat free - 1/3 less fat is okay)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (hot if you like spicy)

Preparation

Step 1

Put frozen chicken in crock pot. Top with cream cheese, beans, corn and Rotel tomatoes.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir every couple hours.

It's soupy when done. Shred the chicken for tacos/burritos, etc. adding lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, if desired.

It's better the next day (it thickens up).
