My favorite chocolate cake! Very moist. Ice with Mocha Icing for a great tasting coffee- flavored cake.

Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Mix the following and add to the above.
  • 1 cup miracle whip (not lite nor mayonnaise)
  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Pour into 8" x 11" greased pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Ice with Mocha Icing.
