  • 1/2 bag baby carrots or large carrots in sticks
  • Canola oil about 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Step 1

Put carrots in microwave safe dish. Add canola oil to cover. Add dill garlic salt and brown sugar. Stir.
Microwave covered 5-6 minutes til tender crisp.
