Ann won many blue ribbons for her Pomegranate Jelly at the Mohave County Fair and the Arizona State Fair. Thanks to Ann, Marie Osterman won her first blue ribbon at the Salt Lake County Fair using this delicious recipe.

Ingredients
- 6 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 packages Sure-Jell pectin
- 8 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Step 1
Pour pomegranate juice and lemon juice into large pot. Add pectin and bring to boil. Add sugar and bring to a full rolling boil for exactly 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes or until foam is gone. Pour in jars.
