Chocolate Chip Coconut Pie

This recipe was given to me by a friend for an easy "let the kids help in the kitchen" recipe. I took it one step "easier" and forgo the melting of butter, smashing of graham crackers, and making the crust myself. I buy a graham cracker pie :) Feel free to make your own but when I'm pressed for time and need a yummy dessert this one is done in a snap! Both kids and adults love it!

Ingredients
- 2 C. Coconut
- 1 &1/2 C. Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C preferred nuts *optional
- 1 - Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Set pie crust aside. In a medium bowl combine all other ingredients, mix well. This is the pie filling. Scoop mixture into pie evenly. Place in oven to bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the coconut starts turning a light golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and then ENJOY!
