  • 1 egg for every 100 grams of double 0 wheat flour (we used 6 eggs and 600 grams of flour)

Step 1

Mix the ingredients and mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth. Leave stand for about half an hour, than knead a little more. Roll out the dough very well, make some rolls, and cut the thickness you prefer. Sprinkle with flour and leave stand for half an hour more. Cook in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
